Jacobson Stores was a regional department store chain that thrived primarily in Michigan and Florida, but also had stores in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Kansas. The chain entered bankruptcy in early 2002.


Eventually, the company's logo and other intellectual property were purchased by Tammy Giaimo, who formed a new corporation called Jacobson Stores, Inc., which operates one store on Park Avenue in Winter Park, Florida.
