Jane Dee Hull - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (270 words)
Jane Dee Hull (born August 8, 1935) was the first elected and second overall female governor of the U.S. state of Arizona.
Born Jane Dee Bowersock in Kansas City, Missouri, she graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in education.
Hull was elected Arizona Secretary of State in 1994 and assumed the office of governor after the resignation of Fife Symington III in 1997.
