Janet Evelyn Fookes, Baroness Fookes (born 21 February 1936) is a Conservative member of the House of Lords. She was made a Life Peer in 1997.


She was a teacher from 1958 to 1970. She was a Conservative member of Parliament for Plymouth, Drake.
