Jang Dong-gun (Born March 7, 1972) is a Korean actor and musician. Spending his childhood in Yongsang Seoul, Korea, he later went on to the Hangook School of Arts but due to some reasons, he dropped out of the school before obtaining the degree. Jang, then a young man, made his debut in the MBC drama Our Heaven.


Gaining confidence in his career as time passes, Jang also pursue a singing career. So far as we know, he has released a few music albums to date. The 1998 movie, First Kiss, in which he co-starred with Choi Ji-woo, has helped him to boost his popuarity in Korea.
