Frank was born in Covina, California, and lives in Atascocita, Texas. Frank trained in Muay Thai at Master Toddy's Muay Thai Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada from Master Toddy. Frank has married twice: Shawna (1994-2001) Tammy (2002-present). He has 5 kids: Jacob (born in 1996), Hunter (born in 1997), Skye (1999) (all 3 from former wife Shawna) Jenna Rae (born in 2003), and a stepdaughter Shayla (from wife Tammy).
