Biography
As a child, Jeffrey travelled a lot and lived in Zweibrücken (Germany), Michigan, Texas, New York and San Francisco. Later, Jeffrey attended Arlington High School in Riverside, California, after which, he attended the University of California at Irvine. Jeffrey graduated from UCI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in 1983 and moved then to New York City to pursue a career on Broadway.
