Jennifer Blackburn Dunn (born July 29, 1941), American politician, was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from 1993 to 2005, representing the Eighth Congressional District of Washington.
Dunn was chair of the Washington State Republican Party from 1981 to 1992 and twice a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (1984 and 1990).
Dunn announced in 2004 she would retire from Congress, choosing not to run for re-election.
Jennifer was twice a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in 1984, appointed by President Reagan, and then again in 1990, appointed by George Herbert Walker Bush.
Jennifer was key in pushing for enactment of NAFTA and for permanent normal trade relations with China.
Jennifer's, I think, [and she] would agree that her proudest accomplishment is her family, her sons Reagan and Bryant, her husband, Keith; she's a wonderful mom, a wonderful wife, and she's done all of that while being an incredible leader for all of us.
