Jillian Evans (born 1959) is a Welsh politician, and Member of the European Parliament for the Plaid Cymru. She was party chair from 1994 to 1996, and entered the European Parliament at the 1999 elections, becoming, with Eurig Wyn, the first Plaid Cymru Euro-MP. She retained her seat at the 2004 elections.

Evans said her animal studies supports the evidence that the COX-2 inhibitors could play a role in preventing cancer.
