Walter of Amsterdam, Netherlands and Vienna, Austria is a venture capitalist, philanthropist and political activist of the United States who is a proponent of the 9/11 domestic conspiracy theory. In December of 2004, he offered a $100,000 reward to anyone who can prove that the attacks were carried out as described by the September 11 Commission.
