Jo Kamisaku (神作 譲 Kamisaku Jō) was a Japanese man who as a youth participated in the murder of Junko Furuta. After he was released, he took the family name "Kamisaku" when he was adopted by a supporter of his.

Kamisaku, who was 17 at the time he committed the murder with four other people, was imprisoned starting in 1991 for an interdeterminate length. He was released in 1999.

On May 19, 2004, he attacked Takatoshi Isono (Isono Takatoshi), an acquantance of his, in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, accusing him of stealing his girlfriend. He drove Isono to Misato, Saitama Prefecture and held him captive for four hours while beating him. According to Isono, during that time, Kamisaku bragged about his involvement in the Junko Furuta murder, and before the confinement he claimed that he could manipulate police and investigators.

After Kamisaku released Isono, Kamisaku was arrested. Jo Kamisaku had a part-time job with a computer company when he was arrested for the beating of the man. Kamisaku was sentenced to a 7-year imprisonment.
