John Finney, George Munro, Caesar Rodney, Joseph Caldwell, David Hall and Joseph Kolluck, Jr., and was to be used in the support of one hundred and eight men for service in the southern colonies, the money being raised by an additional tax of six-pence on the pound for five years.
