Johnny García López (born July 19, 1978 in Guadalajara, Jalisco) is a Mexican football midfielder and defender, who currently plays for Chivas de Guadalajara of the Primera División de México. García made his debut for Chivas as a midfielder in the 2001 Spring season, eventually playing nine games that season. After three more seasons as a midfielder, García was moved to central defense by Hans Westerhoff, where he was a consistent starter throughout 2004.
