Joseph Cassidy (born July 30, 1872 in Lanarkshire) was a Scottish football player. Joseph started his career with Motherwell F.C., Blythe F.C., and Celtic F.C.. In 1892, he was transferred to Manchester United. In 7 seasons with the Red Devils, Joseph played 174 games and scored 100 goals. He retired in 1900.
