Joseph FireCrow is a Native American flutist. He has been releasing albums since 1992. His releases include, debut album FireCrow, Grammy nominated Cheyenne Nation, Legend of the Warrior, and most recently Red Beads. FireCrow has appeared many times as a guest musician on other recordings by premier musicians in the industry. In addition to his Grammy nomination, FireCrow has earned top honors among his peers in the NAMA organization. He was the 2006 recipient of Flutist of the Year for his work on Red Beads. In 2005 FireCrow was recognized for his work with the Billings Symphony taking home the award for Best Instrumental Recording, and in 2004 he received Song Writer of the Year for Legend of the Warrior.
