Plot summary

Drake and Josh are playing ping pong in their room, when Josh accidentally breaks the window. Drake runs downstairs to get a new paddle for Josh and receives a call from a "hot girl" named Kat, who wants to meet him in 15 minutes so they can make out. Drake leaves immediately, leaving Josh still at home. He runs downstairs and discovers that Drake left without him. Josh tries to get a ride with Megan's carpool, but Megan is going whale-watching and not to school. He decides to ride his bike, but Megan tells him that Drake ran it over with his car, so Josh has to run to school. When he gets to school, he is sweating and tired. Josh was late to class (by about thirty seconds) and his teacher makes him take a make-up exam early Saturday morning at 6:00 AM and he loses a letter grade. Josh attempts to attack Drake in front of the entire class, but Mr.Ronald tells Josh to get out of the room. Drake gets home later that day to discover an indifferent Josh who claims he is not mad. Drake even stole a "Sit n' Bounce" from a neighborhood kid to cheer him up. But, Josh declares he is done with Drake and wants nothing to do with him anymore. Drake is left speechless as Josh climbs up the stairs. Megan tells Drake that Josh sounds pretty serious about the whole mess, but Drake claims that Josh will forget this fight and be back to his regular self again in a few days. Then Robbie, the neighborhood kid, kicks Drake in the shin for stealing his Sit & Bounce. A few days later, Josh is at The Premiere with Craig, Eric, and a couple of girls. Drake wants to go see a bad movie with Josh for "Bad Movie Tuesday", but is disappointed when Josh says they're going to a laser light show downtown. The next morning, Drake is trying to tune his guitar, when Josh comes in and tells Megan and Drake that he got 100% on his chemistry test, and his teacher decided not to mark his grade down a letter. He goes to the gym to play racketball with his boss, Helen. The other employees at The Premiere are impressed that he beat her, because she is a pro. Drake comes in to see a movie with $10, but he doesn't have enough money, so he just goes into the theater without paying. Josh calls security, and they throw Drake out. The next day at school, Drake is almost late to chemistry, like Josh was in the beginning. He realizes Josh traded lab partners, although they have been partners the whole year. Drake has to work with an ultra-nerd, Clayton, whose speech is hard to decipher. Drake doesn't know how to do the experiment without Josh, and accidentally mixes the wrong substances, which causes a chemical emergency. Drake has to be washed down in the power shower to get rid of the chemicals. After he gets out, he is soaking wet and the teacher tells him to sit down. Instead, he apologizes to Josh, admitting that he needs Josh more than Josh needs him, and walks out of the classroom. Later, at their house, Josh comes in, and the make up over a game of Ping-Pong.
