The Right Honourable Joyce Gwendolen Quin (November 26, 1944) is a Labour Party politician in the United Kingdom. She is member of Parliament for Gateshead East and Washington West.


Before she entered politics she was a French language teacher at Durham University. She was MEP for Tyne and Wear from 1979 to 1989, then entered the House of Commons in the 1997 election. She is a campaigner on the issue of a Regional Assembly for North East England.
