Jules Siegel (born Oct. 21, 1935, New York, N.Y.) is a writer and graphic designer whose work has appeared over the years in Playboy, Best American Short Stories, Library of America's "Writing Los Angeles," and many other publications. He has occasionally contributed book reviews to the San Francisco Chronicle, and he administers newsroom-l, an email discussion list for journalists. He has lived and worked in Cancun with his family since 1983, and in Mexico since 1981.
