In a press conference in Belfast, journalistSeán Ó Muireagáin denies Israeli claims that he is a former convicted Provisional IRAterrorist. He states that he is not, and never has been, a member or supporter of the IRA. Israel repeats that the arrest of Ó Muireagáin was "unfortunate" but refuses to apologise. Israel's treatment of Ó Muireagáin is strongly criticised in Ireland. SDLP ex-minister Sean Farren states that Ó Muireagáin is "well known and respected" in Northern Ireland.
In a separate Order issued on June 30, 2003, I ordered Respondent Sonia Howe Radencovici (Radencovici) to show cause on or by July 11, 2003, why she should not be held in default and why she should not be barred from association with a broker or dealer.
On May 23, 2003, Respondent Radencovici was personally served with the OIP, and on April 17, 2003, counsel for Respondent Radencovici was served via certified mail with a copy of the OIP.
As of July17, 2003, Respondent Radencovici has failed to file an answer to the OIP and has failed to respond to my Order to show cause why she should not be held in default.

Dickerson faces a maximum of 10 years in prison for the charges of obstructing the court, 5 years for charges of obstructing the SEC investigation, while the contempt of court charges carry no statutory maximum sentence.
The amount of disgorgement and civil penalties that Dickerson and Volunteer will pay in the civil case have not yet been set.
