Trolls are quite tall, overtopped only by the mighty Tauren race. They have a racial skill called "Berserk", which originally increased the damage the troll deals at the cost of increasing damage taken. It has since been changed to increase the troll's rate of attack and spellcasting by 10% to 30%, with no down side. They have tusks that vary in sizes and tend to be much more prominent on the troll males. Troll males frequently sport face paint, matching the color of their hair. The hair styles of the trolls are sometimes tall and pointed, and sometimes worn in much flatter styles almost like a mullet. The males of the troll race are tall and hunched, while the females stand erect and are smaller than males. Tauren crest. ...

The racial mounts of the Darkspear trolls are raptors of various colors. The violet, emerald, and turquoise raptors (which increase speed by 60%) are not as elaborately barded (or as expensive) as the blue, olive, and orange epic raptors (which increase speed by 100%). Raptors have horns protruding from their snouts, making them look quite sinister. They are available for purchase by trolls and by those characters of other Horde races (with the exception of the tauren, who are too large to ride raptors) who have attained exalted reputation with the Darkspear tribe in Sen'jin Village, in southern Durotar.
