Encyclopedia > Justice Minister

A justice minister is a ministerial position in the governments of some countries, with general responsibility for policing and the maintenance of public order. Minister of justice can also be in charge of justice system and general elections. In some countries minister of the interior rather than the minister of justice has the responsibility for police forces.
