Justin Broadrick (born 1969 in Birmingham, England) is a founding member of the band Godflesh, one of the first bands to crossover elements of grindcore and industrial music, influencing bands such as Ministry and Fear Factory. He also briefly appeared in the lineup of Napalm Death in the early 1980s. Thereafter, he joined Head of David on drums. He turned down offers to join highly visible rock groups such as Faith No More and Danzig.[citation needed] He is also well-known for remixing the works of other groups including Pantera, Isis and Hydra Head labelmates, Pelican.
