KESA Electricals Plc, is a British electrical retailer formed in 2003 by demerger from Kingfisher plc. It is dual-listed on the London and Euronext stock exchanges and is a member of the FTSE 250 index.


KESA Electricals is based in London and owns several European retailers including Comet in the United Kingdom, Darty in France and Wegert in Germany. In the year ended 31 January 2004 KESA had turnover of £3,771.1 million and made a net profit of £113.3 million.
