KLIA is a good airport until you reach immigration.
The KLIA Ekspres is a shining light for this airport which for some strange reason is miles away from the city it's supposed to serve - 28 mins to the city.
KLIA seems to be a very modern, clean and efficient in my opinion, although I am not familiar with the departure hall.

The KLIA Transit stations in KL Sentral and KLIA are different from those of the KLIA Ekspres.
At KL Sentral, the KLIA Transit station is accessed from the main Transit Concourse at Level One (not the Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal or KL CAT).
