Kaci Kullmann Five (born April 13, 1951) is a Norwegian politician and business professional.


Karin Cecilie Kullmann Five was born in Bærum and was educated in Law, French and Political Science (cand.polit.) at University of Oslo in 1981


Before mrs. Kullmann entered politics she was an consultant in the Norwegian Employers Federation.


She was member of the County Council of Bærum 1975-81 and served then as deputy leader in the Executive Committee for Education.


From 1977 to 1979 she was the first female leader of the Conservative Youth Association.


She was an Conservative member of the Norwegian parliament, the Storting 1981-97 and was Deputy Leader in the Parliament 1985-86 and Deputy Leader of the Conservative Opposition 1986-89, and again 1990-91. From 1982 to 1988 she also served as Deputy Party Leader.


Mrs. Kullmann was Deputy Foreign Minister in the Syse Government from 1989 to 1990.


In 1991 she was elected Conservative Party leader, succeeding Jan P. Syse, but resigned after only four years in 1994.


After leaving parliament in 1997 Mrs. Kullmann has been an Managing Director in Aker RGI and since 2002 as advisor. She is member of the Board of Directors in Statoil, Norway's largest oil company, in Scheiblers Legacy and in SOS Kinderforf Norway and Head of the Board of Directors of the Radio Channel P4


Mrs. Kullmann is married to the Carsten O. Five, former editor of the magazine Dine Penger (Your Money)
