How to tie the Karada (step by step)

Rope Needed: 1x 15m

Step 1: Start off by folding the rop in half and tieing a small 15cm loop there. and then a second knot about 30cm down. folded by 7 knots spaced 15-20cm apart

step 2:Place your head between the 1st and 2nd knot and run the rope down and between your legs up your back. finnish off by feeding the ends though the 1st loop you tied. you can tie the a knot so that the ropes dont pull tight around your body if you wish

Step 3: take 1 of the ends and wrap it around one side of your body and feed it between the 2nd and 3rd knot. repeat with the other end around the other side of youe body.

Step 4:pull the ends back around your body the same way that they came around and feed though the top loop at the back.

Step5: contiune down the body going though all the loops on the way down.when you get to the bottum tie off any way you like

Other Info: this body harness is tied in a way that you can wear it under your clothes at work or out shopping. just remember not to wear tight clothes and have a high neck line
