Kevin Canty is the American author of three novels (Into the Great Wide Open, Nine Below Zero, and Winslow in Love) and two collections of short stories (A Stranger in This World and Honeymoon). He received his M.F.A. from the University of Arizona in 1993 in Creative Writing and is a faculty member at the University of Montana at Missoula in the English department, where he currently resides.
