Kgalagadi is a district in southwest Botswana, lying along that country's border with South Africa.
Kgalagadi covers a vast area of the Kalahari Desert.

The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park is located in Kgalagadi District approximately 865km south-west of Gaborone.
The combined land area of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park is +/- 38,000 km² of which 28,400 km² lies in Botswana and 9,600 km² lies in South Africa.
