King Khalid International Airport located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is the largest airport in the world by ground area (225 km²). Its IATA airport code is RUH and its ICAO airport code is OERK.


The airport opened in 1985. It was named after King Khalid of Saudi Arabia.
