Klara Rumyanova (December 8, 1929September 18, 2004) was a Russian actress and singer.


Her voice was memorable for several generations of Soviet people since their early childhood, because she voiced numerous Russian animated films and sung countless songs for children. After the collapse of the Soviet Union her songs have been heard even more, because of numerous releases of compact discs and tapes of children's songs from cartoons of Soyuzmultfilm studio.


She also played roles in several films.
