Koratala Satyanarayana is a communist politician from Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a Polit Bureau member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist).


During his student days, Satyanarayana was involved in the national liberation struggle. Then he participated in the Telengana armed struggle.


Involved in Kisan Sabha (Peasants Union) struggles during many years.


Satyanarayana won the Repalle assembly seat in the 1962 and 1978 Andhra Pradesh assembly elections.


Former Andhra Pradesh State Committee secretary of CPI(M).


Satyanarayana is the chairman of Prajasakti Sahiti Samstha.
