Kubota Corporation (株式会社クボタ) (TYO: 6326) is a tractor and heavy equipment manufacturer based in Osaka, Japan. The company was established in 1890 and beginning in 1969 began exporting compact tractors to the United States. The name is synomonous with that product category, having been abandoned by the American tractor manufacturers.
