Kurt Arthur Benno Student ( May 12, 1890 – July 1, 1978)


German Luftwaffe Ace in World War I. Luftwaffe Paratrooper General during World War II. After the war Student was charged with war crimes that took place in Crete. He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment but was released after serving only two years.
