Lajes das Flores is both a parish and a district in western part of the Azores.


The parish population in 2001 was 540, its density is 29.3/km² and the area is 18.45 km².


The population is 1,502(2001) and the area is 69.59 km². The district includes the southern portion of the island of Flores. It is encircled almost entirely with the Atlantic Ocean except for the north. It is bordered by Santa Cruz das Flores to the south.
