Housing

In his section, Smith has lowered the costs and requirements of living in neighborhoods such as Camelot I & II, in Windcrest, and East Terrell Hills. The social-economic statuses of these neighborhoods have not been conserved with loud and violent people taking over. As a reaction to this liberal policy, the professionals and retired military that used to led are selling thier homes and moving out. This is a very liberal, and dualist element, in Lamar Smith's administration. One radio guest speaker claimed that Smith does this to get votes at the expense of all the residents of ETH and Camelot II that have been affected.
