The Liaison Committee for the Reconstruction of the Fourth International (Comité de Enlace por la Reconstrución de la IV Internacional in Spanish) is a Trotskyist international. Its members include the Partido Obrero Revolucionario (Argentina) and the Partido Obrero Revolucionario (Masas) in Bolivia.
He served as a liaison with the British government, and with Churchill carved a project of political union between France and the United Kingdom on the morning of 16 June in London.
The Fourth Republic was tainted by political instability, its failures in Indochina and its inability to resolve the Algerian question.
In 1960, France became the fourth state to acquire a nuclear arsenal, having successfully detonated an atomic bomb in the Algerian desert.
In 1960, the Soviets and the Chinese began to have disputes openly in international forums.
Nevertheless, in all important government, economic, and cultural institutions in China, party committees work to see that party and state policy guidance is followed and that non-party members do not create autonomous organizations that could challenge party rule.
As a result, China has moved from being a relatively isolated and poor country to one that is a key participant in international institutions and a major trading nation.
