His debut album, Autumn Flow, released in early 2005 was certified gold by ARIA and was nominated for the J Award, presented by youth radio station Triple J, for the Australian Album of the Year. The first single, "This Old Love", reached number 42 in Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2004, although it failed to chart in the UK on release.
