| The list owners need not approve the final draft of the petition or appeal text, however, it is REQUESTED that the final results of the petition or appeal be made public to the list members, as well as the organization(s) where the petition or appeal was sent. |
| Usage of the list for the creation of a petition or appeal without the approval of the list owner constitutes a violation of the list's rules and is therefore punishable in manners described in section 5.7. |
