List of United States disasters by death toll is a list of notable disasters which occurred in the United States or involved US citizens, in a definable incident. Due to inflation, the damage estimates are not comparable. The year given is the year in which the currency's valuation was calculated to. This list is not comprehensive in general, and epidemics are not yet included at all.
