 | The Consent Calendar is a list of Senate and House bills placed there by a recommendation of a standing committee that considered the bills to be non-controversial. |
| It is a list showing the Senate and House bill numbers, authors, titles, committee action, and any other action that has taken place on all bills that have been favorably reported out of a committee and received their second reading. |
| Bills are taken up in the order of their listing on General Orders, unless the chief author is out of the chamber or unless the chief author feels, for various reasons, that it is not the proper time to present the bill. |
