 | At a time when many states are struggling with financial burdens, Kids First would provide substantial financial incentives to state governments in exchange for their commitment to expand their participation in the State Childrens Health Insurance Program, SCHIP. |
 | In return, states would be required to pay for its share of a SCHIP or Medicaid coverage expansion to children under age 21 with incomes at or below 300% of the poverty level ($47,010 annual income for a family of 3). |
 | To increase the number of eligible families with coverage, participating states would be required to adopt measures such as presumptive eligibility; 12-month continuous eligibility; acceptance of self-declaration of income; adoption of express lane eligibility; and/or ending the five-year waiting period for legal immigrant children. |

 | Each affidavit shall include the dates of employment, describe the nature of the applicant's duties, state the approximate time devoted to each, and affirm that the applicant discharged his or her duties in a competent and professional manner. |
 | The application for such additional license shall state the location of the branch office and the name of a real estate broker or salesperson licensed in this State who shall be in charge of managing the branch office on a full time basis. |
 | If the licensee fails to renew his or her license by the expiration date but then makes an application for reinstatement within sixty (60) days of the expiration of the license and the Commission otherwise approves the application for reinstatement, the five-years' continuity will not be broken. |
