Livadiya is a resort located on the Black Sea near Yalta, Ukraine. Built in 1910, it was formerly an imperial palace, and served as the residence of Franklin Delano Roosevelt during the 1945 Yalta Conference. It afterwards was used as a sanatorium.

Livadiya became a summer residence of the Russian tsars in 1861.
Nowadays, Livadiya is known primarily for producing wine and is also a noted health resort.
