Williams, affectionately known as ``LC,'' a retired certified welder of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, was born in Hertford, N.C., to the late Lolly C. Williams and Sarah Alice Pickett.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 45 years, Lydia Randolph Williams; his mother, Sarah Alice Pickett of Swansboro, N.C., a sister, Bruce Davis of Swansboro; Aunt Margaret Casper of Chesapeake; seven children, Lydia Alice Dixon of Chocwinity, N.C., LloydWilliams Jr.
