The Lone Star Conference (or LSC) is a College Athletic Conference affiliated with the NCAA’s Division II. Member institutions are located in the southwestern United States, with schools in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The conference was formed in 1931 when the five charter members withdrew from the old Texas Intercollegiate Athletic Association. The Lone Star Conference (or LSC) is a College Athletic Conference affiliated with the NCAA’s Division II.
The conference was formed in 1931 when the five charter members withdrew from the old Texas Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
The LSC sponsors intercollegiate competition in men’s baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men’s football, men’s and women’s soccer, women’s softball, men’s and women's tennis, men’s and women’s track and field, women’s volleyball.
