Lorenzo Alcazar is a fictional character on the soap opera General Hospital. The character was originated by actor Ted King, who previously played Lorenzo's now deceased brother Luis Alcazar. Lorenzo Alcazar is a former drug lord who has now supposedly gone legitimate. He has been married to Carly Benson and involved with Lois Cerullo Ashton. He raised his now deceased niece Sage after the death of her father, Luis, and found out two years ago that he also had a son, Diego Alcazar by former lover Maria Sanchez. Skye Chandler Quartermaine just gave birth to his daughter Lila Rae Alcazar. He was shot in the head by Sonny Corinthos and lived.
