The NFL says the LosAngeles Coliseum is no longer the sole site under consideration for the league's 32nd and final franchise, giving hope to Houston officials that professional football could return to their city.
That's the rumor that is being discussed in LosAngeles and Houston as Davis' representatives meet with NFL officials.
If the LosAngeles groups fail to create a workable plan, the NFL could put the expansion franchise in Houston where another group has a stadium plan ready to go.
