Lovat River (Russian: река́ Ло́вать) is a river in Pskov and Novgorod Oblasts of Russia. It flows out of the Lovatets Lake in northwestern Belarus, and follows north into the Lake Ilmen. Its main tributaries are Kunya, Polist, Redya, and Robya Rivers.
