Dante and Lucia's mission involved protecting a set of magical artifacts known as the Arcana from the power hungry Arius, who wanted to acquire the powers of the evil god Argosax the Chaos by performing a ritual using those artifacts. Lucia pursued Arius and soon caught up with him at an oil rig. To her surprise, Arius recognized her immediately. He told Lucia that she was a defect, one of his creations that he abandoned, and that her real name was Chi (pronounced "Kai"). To prove this, Arius had one of his masked secretaries remove her mask, revealing that she looked exactly like Lucia. Lucia learned that she was a creation of Arius magic and sciences.==See also==
