Luis Palau (born November 27, 1934) is a Christian evangelist native of Ingeniero Maschwitz, Buenos Aires, Argentina, presently residing in Portland, Oregon, United States. He says that he was born again and that he had devoted his life to Christ at the age of 12, and he began preaching at 18.
