Mios grew angry with his sons for wasting his gift and returned to the skies, causing them to darken over Somai and Yeotu as they watched their people.
While Mios was defeated in the day half of the skies, he deceived Yeotu and her brother Trian, trapping them in the darkness of night.
To fight the flness of Mios, Yeotu and Trian gave up a portion of their light and created the Mithos, the stars, giving each dominion over a portion of the night, so there is never true darkness.
