Maarn is een dorp in de Nederlandse provincie Utrecht, gemeente Utrechtse Heuvelrug, aan de voet van de gelijknamige Heuvelrug in het zuidoosten van de provincie.
Maarn was tot 1 januari 2006 een zelfstandige gemeente, waartoe ook de kern Maarsbergen behoorde.
Hoewel Maarn vooral bekend staat om zijn kapitaalkrachtige bevolking heeft het dorp ook een zeer bijzonder dorpsgezicht het zogenaamde 'Tuindorp'.
